Hydroseeder Services

A hydroseeder is a specialized piece of equipment—ranging from portable truck-mounted rigs to heavy-duty tow-behind units—designed to mix and apply hydroseeding slurry cleanly and efficiently over large areas. At its core, the machine features a heavy-duty storage tank equipped with an internal agitation system (using mechanical paddles or hydraulic jets) that continuously blends seed, fertilizer, fiber mulch, soil conditioners, and water into a thick, uniform slurry. A high-pressure pump then forces this mixture through either a flexible hand-held hose or a top-mounted turret nozzle, allowing operators to evenly spray the mixture across vast lawns, steep embankments, or hard-to-reach terrain where standard agricultural spreaders cannot operate.
